These terms apply when you visit or buy from the STEFDIES online shop. STEFDIES is operated by artist Stephanie Leigh Rose. Questions may be sent to info@stefdies.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Artwork and product information<\/h2>\n

STEFDIES sells artist prints, editions and merchandise. Product descriptions, dimensions and edition information are provided on each product page. Screen colours and handmade finishes may vary slightly from the physical work; these natural variations are not faults.<\/p>\n

Prices, currency and payment<\/h2>\n

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website. Any delivery charge is shown before the order is placed. International customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes or customs charges. Payment is processed securely by the payment method selected at checkout, such as Stripe or PayPal.<\/p>\n

Orders<\/h2>\n

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when STEFDIES confirms acceptance of the order. If an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced or cannot be supplied, the order may be cancelled and any payment will be refunded promptly.<\/p>\n

Worldwide delivery<\/h2>\n

STEFDIES ships worldwide. Orders are normally dispatched within 5 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2\u20135 business days in the UK, 5\u201310 business days in Europe and 7\u201320 business days elsewhere. These are estimates; orders will be delivered within 30 days unless a different timescale is agreed. See Shipping & Delivery<\/a> for details.<\/p>\n

Cancellation, returns and faults<\/h2>\n

Consumers buying online generally have 14 days after delivery to tell STEFDIES they wish to cancel, then a further 14 days to return the item. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods. Personalised or made-to-order goods may be exempt where the law permits. See the Refund & Returns Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Copyright and intellectual property<\/h2>\n

All artwork, performances, photographs, video, writing, branding and website content are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights belonging to Stephanie Leigh Rose \/ STEFDIES or their respective licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed, adapted, sold or used commercially without prior written permission. Buying an artwork or product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.<\/p>\n

Website use and liability<\/h2>\n

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or infringe another person\u2019s rights. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits statutory consumer rights.<\/p>\n

Privacy and changes<\/h2>\n
